One of My Aha-Spiritual Moments at Mass

God Always offers a Sign to Strengthen Our Faith

SiEucharist imagence I started seriously reading the Bible and listening to Many Non-Catholic Evangelists I was always trying to figure why they would never believe in the real Presence of Jesus in our Catholic Eucharist. They are steadfast in the ‘symbolic’ representation. I believe the Priest celebrating Mass, in his sermon/homily, was moved to focus on the answer of  that question. Now I can have a more intelligent response to my Protestant friends that this passage cited below might be the sign that Christ was revealing to the early Church, that the   Catholic Eucharist is what Jesus says it is; the Real Presence of His Body and Blood given through the invocation of the Priest “… that these gifts be made Holy by the Power of the Holy Spirit and Become the Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ!

The example below might give us A Spiritual Proof! Re-read the language contained in the Gospel of John 6: 32-71...Thank you Lord Jesus!!

This was my AHA!! Hope this helps also.

Luke 23: 30-32

When he was at the table with them, He took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. 32 They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?”

It was in the Eating of The Bread that they Saw Him !!..
